Rocket 68 is designed & run by Trinidad born Illustrator and designer Jill White. Jill has been in the design world for 26 years and particularly enjoys using traditional media alongside the digitally produced designs. Jill has worked in a design studio for 16 years producing packaging., as well as freelance illustration for editorial work in London. In 2006 she started teaching graphic design, and art and design in a further education college in Somerset.

 

The company was born out of a love for  the receiving of tasteful cards. ''The daunting future of the 'E' card will never replace the joy of opening a card sent to you which you can proudly display on your mantel piece" Rocket68 cards and prints are stocked in a multitude of independent UK stores as well as some of the larger chain outlets such as Harrods & Waterstones,. We are also proud to stock museums shops including the Tate & Tower Bridge

Recently the company has exported to stockists in NZ, US, Japan and Europe.  Jill has collaborated with many companies, illustrating for Hallmark, Marks & Spencer, Dunoon, the National Trust & many more. 

 

Rocket 68 is located in the beautiful historic town of  Somerton, Somerset.  Jill works from her studio & runs the Rocket68 shop at this location. All designs are formulated in the studio and online orders dispatched from this site.
